Via natura plans, organizes and puts into action various sport activities in the nature, in carefully selected sites in the area of Tzoumerka. Tzoumerka is located in the north-west Greece and is a part of the mountain range of Pindos.
There are many worthwhile visited sites of great environmental importance and virgin natural beauty in the villages of Sirako, Kalarites, Matsuki, Kataraktis, in the villages of Athamanon and in the waterfalls.
There are also plenty buildings which date back to the era of Vizantium and post-Vizantium, monasteries located in magnificent areas, as well as stone made bridges, of wonderful architecture. The existence of archeological findings such as ancient tombs and buildings lead to the conclusion that the area has been inhabited since the ancient times.
The age, the fitness and the peculiarities of each person do not consist an obstacle to any of our activities since the degree of difficulty is selected based on the group and their previous experience.

- The impressive waterfalls in the villages of Matsuki and Kataraktes
- The imposing Monasteries of Kipina and Viliza and of course the religious centre of the whole area ,the monastery of Tsouka which dates back to the 11 th century.
- The ancient Greek tombs which date back to the 5 th century B.C. and Kastri in the plateau of Kalentzi.
- The chapel of prophet Helias in the village Kostitsi with the panoramic view of the meeting point of the rivers Aracthos and Kalaritikos
- The underground river of Klifki
